Orders are normally processed within 2-4 business days. During periods of higher order volume (e.g. promotions), we do our best to ensure your parcel arrives within a maximum of 7 business days.

Due to the specific nature of our dermo-cosmetics and the need to ensure proper transport and storage conditions, we do not offer delivery to parcel lockers. Orders are delivered by post or courier to the address provided when placing the order.

Products are delivered exclusively within Poland.

Yes. When placing an order, please enter the details required for invoicing (company name, address, tax ID/NIP) in the billing details field, if different from the order recipient's details. The invoice will be sent once the parcel has been handed over for delivery.

Payment on collection, cash on delivery, bank transfer to the Seller's account, electronic payments, and payment by debit/credit card. Detailed information is available on the Store's pages when placing an order.

Yes. As a Consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. Simply send the appropriate statement to our email address or in writing - see the Terms and Conditions (§ 10) for details.

Complaints can be submitted in writing or electronically to the address provided in our contact details. We recommend including a description of the defect, the date it occurred, and your requested resolution. See the Terms and Conditions (§ 11) for the full complaint procedure.

No. You can place an order without registering, by providing the information required to fulfil it. Creating an account is optional and free of charge, but it makes it easier to track your order history.

You may request deletion of your account at any time, without giving a reason and free of charge - simply send a request to our email address or in writing to our company's registered address.

The period after opening (PAO) is listed for each product. For example, the COLLAGEN UP | Peptide Serum has a shelf life of 6 months after opening.

Yes - thanks to their lightweight, easily absorbed texture, most of our formulas work perfectly as a makeup base, smoothing the skin's surface.
